WCS Viet Nam is seeking consultancy service provider(s) to update and develop the “Guidance on the application of law in the handling of wildlife-related cases” (referred to as the Point to Prove - P2P Guide). Please see the attached TOR for more details.



Interested candidate(s) should submit their applications to vietnamconsulting at wcs.org<mailto:vietnamconsulting at wcs.org> by 17:00 on October 5, 2025. The application should include:



1.    Technical proposal (in Word format) outlining the methodology to achieve the deliverables/outputs specified in Section III;

2.    Personnel plan and CVs demonstrating relevant work experience and research outputs of the proposed team members (links or soft copies may be provided);
3.    Financial proposal (in VND, Excel format), indicating the total number of working days, the proposed daily rate for each member, inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees (e.g., personal income tax, VAT, etc.).
