 Greetings from CRS Vietnam,
 Under Inclusion IIIb project, CRS Vietnam is seeking a Consultant to evaluate the support program for Persons with Disabilities 2021–2025 and reccommend actions for the 2026–2030 period.
 Interested candidates are kindly invited to refer to the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) for detailed information and submit their proposals to CRS via email at: vn_procurement at crs.org<mailto:vn_procurement at crs.org>.
 Deadline for submission: October 12, 2025.
