Greetings from CRS Vietnam.

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is an international non-government organization, operating in Vietnam since 1994.  In partnership with the government and communities, CRS implements programs in 13 provinces/cities in Vietnam. The Vietnam Program has a diverse funding base in the sectors of Disabilities, Mine Action and Disaster Risk Reduction and Management, and Community-based Climate Change Adaptation.

Since 2024, within the Disability Inclusion project, CRS has been cooperating with Vietnam Federation on Disability (VFD) to improve VFD's organizational capacity.
We are seeking a consultant to develop Communication strategic plan for Vietnam Federation on Persons with Disabilities (VFD).

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) là một tổ chức nhân đạo quốc tế, hoạt động tại Việt Nam từ năm 1994. Với sự hợp tác chặt chẽ cùng chính phủ và cộng đồng địa phương, CRS đang triển khai các chương trình tại 13 tỉnh/thành phố trên cả nước. Chương trình CRS tại Việt Nam có nguồn tài trợ đa dạng, tập trung vào các lĩnh vực: Người khuyết tật, Khắc phục hậu quả bom mìn và Giảm nhẹ, Quản lý rủi ro thiên tai, và Thích ứng với biến đổi khí hậu dựa vào cộng đồng.

Trong khuôn khổ của Dự án Hòa nhập, từ năm 2024, CRS đã hợp tác với Liên hiệp Hội người khuyết tật Việt Nam (VFD) để hỗ trợ nâng cao năng lực tổ chức của VFD.

Hiện nay, tổ chức CRS đang tìm kiếm một tư vấn xây dựng Kế hoạch chiến lược truyền thông cho Liên hiệp Hội người khuyết tật Việt Nam (VFD).
