TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE "RESILIENCE AND ADAPTATION TO CLIMATE CHANGE IN VIETNAM" WARM TECHNICAL COORDINATION PLATFORM

AFD is currently seeking a Consultant to provide technical assistance for the establishment and operation of the WARM Technical Coordination Platform
Purpose : To enhance climate change adaptation and resilience in Vietnam through policy dialogue, knowledge sharing, and capacity building in the areas of water and natural resources management.
Eligible Bidders : Consulting firms and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs).
Proposal Submission Deadline : No later than 17:00 (Hanoi time) on July 4th, 2025.
