Tổ chức Catholic Relief Services (CRS) là tổ chức phi chính phủ quốc tế, hoạt động tại Việt Nam từ năm 1994. Thông qua hợp tác với chính phủ và cộng đồng, CRS triển khai các chương trình tại 13 tỉnh/thành phố trên cả nước. Chương trình tại Việt Nam có nguồn tài trợ đa dạng trong các lĩnh vực về: Người khuyết tật, Khắc phục hậu quả bom mìn, và Giảm nhẹ và Quản lý rủi ro thiên tai/Thích ứng với biến đổi khí hậu dựa vào cộng đồng.



Trong khuôn khổ của dự án Hòa nhập IIIb, Tổ chức CRS đang có nhu cầu tìm kiếm Tư vấn thực hiện rà soát, đánh giá, sửa đổi, bổ sung 04 cuốn hướng dẫn quản lý chương trình trong bộ tài liệu “Hướng dẫn công tác phục hồi chức năng dựa vào cộng đồng”

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is an international non-government organization, operating in Vietnam since 1994.  In partnership with the government and communities, CRS implements programs in 13 provinces/cities in Vietnam. The Vietnam Program has a diverse funding base in the sectors of Disabilities, Mine Action and Disaster Risk Reduction and Management, and Community-based Climate Change Adaptation.
Under Inclusion IIIb Project, we are seeking a consultant to review, evaluate and update the four program management manuals of the 'Community-Based Rehabilitation Guidelines' document set."
