1. Introduction:

Plan International has been working in Vietnam since 1993. Our work supports marginalized children and youth, especially adolescent girls, to start life and grow up physically and mentally healthy and as adolescents so they are leading the way to shape their own future. We create an enabling environment and empower girls to be active drivers of change in realising their rights.
Plan's project "Improving cyber safety and internet literacy skills to help protect adolescents against human trafficking and exploitation in Vietnam" has been carried out since 2021 and extended to 2025. This project will reach 22,000 girls and boys, targeting those from ethnic minority communities in Ha Giang, to improve online literacy and cyber safety knowledge and skills. Ultimately, this increased knowledge and awareness, along with PIV's other interventions with the same communities, will contribute to driving down the rates of gender-based violence, human trafficking and/or CEFM in Ha Giang.
Under this project, Plan International Vietnam is looking for consultant(s) to produce film on Plan's safeguarding policy.
2. Timeframe: The consultancy is estimated to be undertaken beginning Feb 2025 and to be completed by end of May 2025. Preliminary timeline can be found in the TOR.
