[ingodirectors] INVITATION for TOMORROW: Dissemination Meeting on Decree 12 in Hanoi

Dear INGO colleagues,

Apologies for cross-posting to those of you who received this invitation 
directly from PACCOM; and apologies for short notice to those of you who 
have not received the invitation yet. Hopefully most members of the NGO 
Resource Centre have received the invitation directly from PACCOM.

COMINGO and PACCOM would like to invite you to a dissemination meeting 
on Decree 12 tomorrow morning (Friday 18 May 2012) at 9:00 AM. The 
meeting will take place at the Meeting Hall 2A of VUFO, 105A Quan Thanh 
Street in Hanoi. Please see the attached invitation letter for more details.

The NGO Resource Centre became aware of the meeting only this afternoon. 
However, do not get discouraged by the deadline (in the attached letter) 
for confirmation of your attendance. I would like to encourage you to 
simply join the meeting, if your schedule allows it. There will be 
enough room to accommodate those of you who were not invited earlier and 
could not confirm attendance.
