[ingodirectors] Poverty Assessment in Vietnam 2011-2012

Dear INGO directors:

The Vietnamese Academy of Social Sciences (VASS) organized a 
consultation workshop on Poverty Assessment and shared the Issue Paper 
of Poverty Assessment 2012, which I attached to this email. Please share 
with your relevant programmatic staff. In addition, VASS released the 
Poverty Assessment Report 2011. The report is a comprehensive document 
on almost hundred pages. Please use one of the following links to 
download it. In case the first link (VASS' website) does not work,
