Dear colleagues in health INGOs:

The Minister of Health has plans to hold an 'INGO meeting' before the 
end of 2011. This meeting between the Ministry of Health (MOH) and all 
international health NGOs is intended to be an annual event, but has 
happened only once before, in 2009.

It is a good opportunity to meet with the Minister herself and raise 
issues that are relevant to both the Government of Vietnam and health 
development partners. As your representatives to the Health Partnership 
Group, we are asking you if there are specific issues you would like to 
see on the agenda.

So far what has been suggested is:

* A presentation from MOH on the Health Sector Strategy for the 
2011-2020 Period
* Funding trends presentation by health development partners
* A general Q&A session

Please let us know -before the end of this week- what changes or 
additional suggestions you have. Send your suggestions to:
