The "Vietnam Action Against Plastic Pollution" Project (hereby called “the USAID’s VnAAPP Project”) is an innovative and ambitious program designed to reduce ocean plastic pollution at its source in Vietnam through strategic approaches such as convening stakeholders' power, promoting the creation and implementation of data-driven policies, enhancing knowledge sharing, promoting appropriately scaled technology and solutions, and providing technical expertise and capacity building of local governments to manage waste at its source and prevent plastic waste pollution leakages into our oceans.
Planète Enfants & Développement (PE&D) is looking for Consultancy service for review, revision and finalization of the “Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for identification, care and protection of victims of trafficking and exploitation living in the shelter in Ho Chi Minh City”
The Consultant will work with HCMC Center for Social Work, Education and Vocational Training for the Youth (CTSE), local authorities and project beneficiaries to develop the activities.
