Instruction for quotation submission

The official quotation is signed, stamped, and required documents according to item D – Document requirement.Please send the official quotation with the subject: “FY24-0404 BCA -Quotation_[Name of supplier]- Supply smartphone and accessories to USAID-BC Project” to email [email protected]; [email protected];  [email protected]  ; [email protected] .

The maximum size per email that WWF-Viet Nam can receive is 25MB.

Evaluation and selection methodology

Bidders whosubmit their documents following the submission deadline requirement, with complete details of the required documents, will be considered for evaluation. WWF will evaluate based on the requirements of the technical specification, warranty, and delivery time. Bidders who are responsive to the requirements will be considered for a price.

Bidder who offered the best price will be selected as supplier for this package.

Submission deadline: on or before 11:30 a.m (Hanoi ICT) September 22, 2023.
