Research Analyst

MDRI is currently seeking potential candidates for a full-time Research Analyst to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
- Work with project teams and support Research Fellows in conducting research and consultancy projects;
- Design and implement survey and research study, execute fieldwork;
- Process and analyze quantitative data (using STATA software);
- Design and undertake qualitative study;
- Write project reports and research proposals;
- Travel for work (domestic and international).
Qualifications: The Research Analyst should have Master degree (and above) in social sciences, economics, statistics, econometrics or related fields or hold exceptional Bachelor degree with substantial research experience. Priority is given to the candidate graduated from well-known universities abroad. The ideal candidates will have:
- Strong quantitative background and having completed significant coursework in economics, mathematics, and statistics would be an asset;
- Extensive qualitative background in social sciences, and social studies;
- Incisive analytical skill and problem-solving skill;
- Good command of English (with good writing skill);
- Excellent team player and strong capacity to perform independent work.
