The Embassy of Australia in Hanoi is looking for a talented and energetic individual to fulfil the position of Program Manager (Aus4Innovation Program) (LE6).

Working for the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO), the Program Manager (Aus4Innovation Program) is primarily responsible to lead successful delivery of the competitive Innovation Partnership Grants (the grant), a multimillion-dollar portfolio under the A4I program. The position will be working closely with broader Embassy departments and relevant CSIRO teams in Australia.

Applicants should have proven experience in program management involving international donors, including managing, monitoring, and evaluation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are desirable, including briefing and report writing capabilities, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels including government, regional organizations, multilateral organizations and civil society organisations.

The successful applicant will be offered an non-ongoing contract for a 36-month period with a potential for renewal. The Embassy will consider flexible work arrangements. The full-time monthly gross salary ranges from VND 53,592,710 to VND 60,319,067 depending on skills and experience.
