ITB: Provision of equipment and tools for the UNESCO school program_USAID-BC Project

WWF-Vietnam, USAID Biodiversity Conservation Project respectfully invites suppliers to submit bidding documents for: "Provision of equipment and tools for the UNESCO school program in Bidoup Nui Ba National Park, USAID Biodiversity Conservation Project". This bidding package includes four (04) lots as follows:

Lot 1- Providing binoculars and specialized equipment: binoculars, zoom scopes, tripods, refracting telescopes, magnifying glasses

Lot 2- Providing electronic equipment: Mobile screen, handheld printer to print tree labels, camera with video recording function

Lot 3-Providing 3D printing model set: printing 03 sample sets of 15 rare animal species each

Lot 4- Providing General supplies: humidity and temperature measuring equipment, degree ruler, tape measure, Eke square scale, height measuring ruler, surgical knife, easel, paint, paintbrush, paint, outdoor chairs, long table including chairs for 6 people.

Bidder submits their bidding document via email to [email protected], and clearly states the email subject: “Ref FY24-1816 BCA_[Contractor Name]-HSDT_Lot number (for example Lot 1, Lot 2, or Lot 1+2+…)_Supply of equipment and tools for the UNESCO school program in Bidoup Nui Ba National Park, a USAID-funded biodiversity conservation project”. The maximum size per email that the Purchaser can receive is 25MB.

To ensure that each bidding email does not exceed 25MB, the bidding document is required to set a password for the submission form and the quotation files as a minimum and the password will be kept by the bidder. The Purchaser will request the bidder to provide a password before the bid opening time. The other document without information on the price offer can be submitted to WWF-Vietnam via Google drive

The Purchaser will receive the bidding document of bidders before the submission deadline. Bidding documents will be rejected and considered invalid in case the bidder does not fulfill the requirement for password protection or if they are received after the submission deadline.

Submission deadline: 11:30 a.m. (Hanoi ICT), July 16th, 2024.

The Purchaser will receive the bidding document of bidders before the submission deadline. Bidding documents will be rejected and considered invalid in case the bidder does not fulfill the requirement for password protection or if they are received after the submission deadline.
