Invitation to bid: Provision of 159 sets of Smartphones, power banks, and accessories

WWF-Viet Nam would like to invite prospective bidders to to invite prospective bidders to submit sealed bids for providing 159 sets of smartphones, power banks and accessories to Ha Noi city, Dong Hoi city-Quang Binh Province, Dong Ha city-Quang Tri Province, Hue City-Thua Thien Hue province, Da Lat City-Lam Dong province, and Cat Tien National Park-Dong Nai province.

This bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in      this Invitation for Bids Document, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the USAID Standard Provisions M6 – Procurement Policies for Non-U.S based Organizations. The Geographic code 937 applies to the USAID BCA project. Therefore, procurement sources must be from the United States, Viet Nam, and developing countries other than advanced developing countries, but excluding any country that is a prohibited source. HOW TO APPLY:

Bidders are invited to submit their bid by email. Bidders who submit electronic proposals must follow the following submission instructions:

•  Bidders can submit a Bid by email with a technical proposal and financial proposal in one bid;
• The Bid shall be protected by a password, which shall be kept with the bidders. The purchaser would then request the password to open the file well before the Bid opening time. However, if the company loses the password or in case the file could not be opened, Purchaser will not assume responsibility.
• The electronic file shall be in the form of MS word or MS excel or PDF.
• Please send the electronic Bid to [email protected] . Your e-mail must have the subject heading as “Ref FY24-0994 BCA-[name of bidder]- 159 Sets of Smartphones and accessories -Bid submission”
• Please be aware that a Bid emailed to WWF-Viet Nam will be rejected if it is received after the deadline for bid submission. As an email may take some time to arrive after it is sent, especially if it contains a lot of information, we advise all bidders to send email submissions well before the deadline.
• Maximum size for electronic submission: The maximum size per email that the Purchaser can receive is 25MB.

Potential bidders may request clarifications to the Bidding Document before  January 10^th, 2024 at 11:30 ICT. Requests shall be sent in writing to WWF-Viet Nam to email address: [email protected]  indicating clearly the email’s subject: “Tender Ref FY24-0994 BCA request for clarification from [name of bidder]”

The deadline for Bid Submission is: 11:30 a.m (Hanoi ICT), January 16^th , 2024

Late bids or not protected by password will be rejected.
