Introduction

Winrock International is a nonprofit organization, the implementer of the USAID Vietnam Clean Energy Program (VCEP). The Program’s primary objective is to build capacity in Vietnam, strengthen the foundation for low emission energy systems. Winrock International is soliciting proposals to carry out detailed surveys and collect data on buildings’ energy performance in selected cities of Vietnam, focusing only on buildings with a total floor area of at least 2500m2. (Proposal #1 for a total of 75 buildings in HCM & Can Tho cities; & Proposal #2 for a total of 75 buildings in Da Nang city).

Eligible organizations

Organizations that wish to apply must be located and registered in Vietnam.
