Viet-Nam Assistance for the Handicapped/VNAH (www.vnah-hev.org), a U.S based NGO, is implementing the “Disability Rights Enforcement, Coordination and Therapies” project funded by USAID. Within this project, VNAH, in coordination with the national Vietnam Association for Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin (VAVA), is seeking a consultant to upgrade the Vietnam Association for Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin (VAVA) Information System.
