Chief of Finance

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) Vietnam is re- opening for the position of Chief of Finance for USAID funded Inclusion III-b project with details requirements in the attached JD.

Requirements:

• B.A. degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration with courses in accounting, or a qualification in accounting (CPA/ACCA or equivalent). MBA or master’s degree in related field with a focus on accounting preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a position with similar responsibilities, preferably with an International NGO.
• Additional education may substitute for some experience.
