WWF-Viet Nam: Call for Proposals – Consultancy services on Rattan Growth Study and Inventory in Central Viet Nam

WWF-Viet Nam would like to request for proposals from eligible national consulting and research organizations and individuals (hereinafter called Consultant) who are interested in and qualified to conduct our assignment of Rattan Growth Study and Inventory in Central Viet Nam.

Qualification required for the consultant:

• At least 10 years of working experience in forestry, preferably in the field of sustainable forest management and forest certification.
• Experience in social and environmental aspects related to requirements for sustainable forest management.
• Having good working relationships with provincial agencies in the forestry sector such as Forest Protection Department, Protection Forest Management Board and local authorities.
• Priority is given to people with experience in forestry in Central Viet Nam.
• Experience in inventorying forest resources, especially on rattan.

Proposal format and composition:

Interested Consultants are recommended to use attached forms to structure your Proposal. Minimum compositions of the Proposal are as follows:

1. Proposal Submission Letter signed by an authorized person;
2. CV(s) of key expert(s) with summary of relevant experience, projects, researches and qualifications;
3. Technical Approach/Proposal for completing the deliverables;
4. Work plan and Team composition;
5. Financial proposal;
6. For Consultants that are organizations or enterprises, additional documents are required: Scan/photocopy of Business Registration Certificate, Company Profile, document proving the finalization of tax obligations; List of similar contracts.

The maximum size per email that WWF-Viet Nam can receive is 25MB.
