We are seeking for an Endline evaluation consultant with details as attached TOR.
The MEAL Officer is responsible to monitor and measure project’s outputs, outcomes and impacts are being achieved according to the agreed indicators, to facilitate capturing lessons learned in the implementation of different project activities and ensure lessons learned are integrated in program or project development, contribute in establishing feedback mechanism to gather information from beneficiaries and partners concerning their views about our program, and provide MEAL technical support to staff and partners.
In collaboration with FO/FA and under supervision of the Senior Finance Officer, to manage the accounting works / filing following the grant agreements, donors’ rules and regulations and organization’s policies and procedures.

In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly
