The assignment is within the framework of Project "Drifting Sands: Mitigating the impacts of climate change in the Mekong Delta through public and private sector engagement in the sand industry".

Hagar International in Vietnam (henceforth Hagar Vietnam) was launched in 2009 in response to the growing magnitude of violence and human trafficking, as well as the severe lack of services available for victims/survivors in Vietnam.
