The baseline study plans to collect information on 370 households, 44 collectors and 28 traders (among others such as local clients – local project implementers and partners) in 4 participating provinces of Lao Cai, Ha Giang, Yen Bai, and Lang Son. Of these 370 households, it is expected that information on 150 households needs to be updated using the existing data and the remainders will be newly collected.
