The incumbent will perform National Communications Officer’s tasks and will work in close collaboration with CO-Hanoi’s Programme Unit and other programmes/projects of the Country Office as required. He/she will report to the Country Office Director and receive technical guidance from the regional information officer in Bangkok. The assignment is 12 months and based at the ILO Country Office in Hanoi with a possibility of extension subject to fund availability.

The Improved Lives of Ethnic Minorities in Cao Bang through better access to water and market for their handicraft products Project (LIVE), funded by HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Vietnam and implemented by Cao Bang Community Development Center (DECEN) started from July 2011 to December 2014. Its overall goal is Livelihoods of the ethnic minorities living in remote and upland areas in Cao Bang are improved. The project plans to recruit a national consultant of ten year experience in value chains to conduct a mid-term review of the project. (The detailed TOR is attached)
