Vacancies for Cao Bang, Hoa Binh and Hanoi (PSARD phase II)
HELVETAS Vietnam is recruiting several professional candidates suitable for the positions mentioned below. The PUBLIC SERVICE PROVISION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM IN AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT - PSARD is funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation in Vietnam (SDC/Hanoi). The objective of the program is poverty reduction and improved livelihood. The program will contribute to province and district-wide mainstreaming of participatory local planning, financial decentralization and improved public service delivery in agriculture (i.e. farmer field schools). The program focuses its activities in disadvantaged areas of Hoa Binh and Cao Bang provinces.
The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) was established on 1 January 2011. ESTHER (Ensemble pour une Solidarité Thérapeutique Hospitalière en Réseau) is a french public organization involved in capacity building in care and treatment for HIV/AIDS patients in 18 countries. ESTHER is working in Vietnam since 2002, through hospital twinning between Vietnamese and French hospitals. Currently, ESTHER is implementing projects in 3 sites (Hanoi, Haiphong, Ho Chi Minh City) in collaboration with health authorities. The interventions are dealing with various topics, including medical and psychosocial care for HIV/AIDS patients and IDUs, co infection HIV/tuberculosis, HIV/hepatitis, access to viral load.

The One UN Communications Team was established in late 2006 as a ‘pilot-within-a-pilot’ under the One UN Initiative in Viet Nam. This unique reform initiative brings together a team of communications specialists from UNDP, UNFPA, UNICEF, UNAIDS and UNV, working together under a single manager.
