The project “Study on policy recommendations to support for development of small and medium enterprises in agricultural sector and rural areas 2006-2010” is funded by Spain and implemented by IPSARD. The objectif of project is to provide policy recommendations to facilitate the growth of agricultural and rural SMEs in Vietnam so as to generate more employment for rural labor, increase rural incomes and promote the competitive power of enterprises. Within the framework of project’s activities, they need the support of 5 expert groups: - Group 1: experts to support for the development of multi-sectoral equilibrium model for agricultural commodities
The project "Development of management information system for forestry sector" supported by the Government of Finland and Trust Fund for Forest (TFF) and implemented by Directorate of Forestry under MARD. Their project is carried out for 3 years (2009-2012).
They are seeking some international and local experts to support to implement project's activities (see the attached file).
The WENARUDEP has a development objective which is: “Rural Poverty alleviation in three mountainous districts of Western Nghe An province” and follows one specific objective: “Improve sustainable rural livelihoods through appropriate and diversified agricultural production and related infrastructures”. The project, own by DARD is operating in a number of selected poor communes in the 3 districts of Tuong Duong, Con Cuong and Ky Son. It has a liaison office in Vinh. The project office is locate in Hoa Binh, Tuong Duong district in Nghe An.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Translate written official, technical, training documents related to project implementation from English to Vietnamese or vice versa

PyD is supporting the implementation of a 4-year Regional Programme to Promote Gender Equality in Political Participation (Politics) in Bangladesh, Cambodia, Philippines, East Timor and Vietnam, hereinafter referred to as PP Programme. The Programme aims to to contribute to the realization of Women (right holders, duty bearers and responsibility bearers) political and civil rights by supporting initiatives that promote Good Governance and Democracy in the region based on gender equitable political participation.
