Lời chào trân trọng từ Tổ chức CRS,

Catholic Relief Services (tổ chức CRS) là tổ chức phi chính phủ Hoa
Kỳ hoạt động tại Việt Nam từ năm 1994. Thông qua hợp tác với
Chính phủ và Cộng đồng, CRS đang triển khai dự án ở 09 tỉnh/thành
phố tại Việt Nam. Các lĩnh vực hoạt động dự án của CRS bao gồm hỗ trợ hòa
nhập cho Người khuyết tật, Giáo dục phòng tránh tai nạn bom mìn, Giảm
thiểu Rủi ro thiên tai và Thích ứng với biến đổi khí hậu.

Trong khuôn khổ của dự án Hòa nhập IIIb, Tổ chức CRS đang tìm kiếm *20 cá
nhân* *để cung cấp Gói Hỗ trợ Địa phương – mảng** truyền thông từ tháng 2
đến tháng 5 năm 2026.*

*20 cá nhân này cần là thành viên của các câu lạc bộ người khuyết tật, tổ
chức của người khuyết tật hoặc các hội/hiệp hội là thành viên của Liên hiệp
Hội về Người Khuyết tật Việt Nam** (VFD**). Các** cá nhân sẽ thu thập và
xây dựng nội dung tập trung vào người khuyết tật để VFD sử dụng. Mỗi cá
nhân được lựa chọn sẽ ký 01 hợp đồng với CRS để triển khai.*

Ứng viên quan tâm vui lòng tham khảo Điều khoản Tham chiếu (TOR) đính kèm
để hiểu rõ hơn về chi tiết gói tư vấn và cần đọc kỹ hướng dẫn để điền Đơn
đăng ký (mẫu đính kèm) gửi tới CRS để được xem xét.

Ứng viên quan tâm sẽ hoàn thành Đơn đăng ký và gửi tới email sau của

*Dear all,*



Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is a US non-governmental organization that
has been operating in Vietnam since 1994.  In partnership with Government
and other organizations, CRS implements programs in 09 provinces/cities in
Vietnam. The Vietnam Program has a diverse funding base in the sectors of
Disabilities, Mine Risk Education, Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate
Change Adaptation.



Under Inclusion IIIb project, CRS Vietnam is seeking *20** individuals to
provide** the Local Support Packages** - communications**, from February to
May 2026**.*



*These* *20 **individuals must* *be **members of disability clubs,
organizations of persons with disabilities or associations* *that are
members of VFD**. They will be responsible for collecting and
creating* *disability
focused content to be used by VFD. Each* *selected individual will enter
into a contract with CRS for implementation.*



Interested candidates are kindly invited to refer to the attached Terms of
Reference (TOR) for detailed information and read the guide to complete an
application form (attached) to be submitted to CRS for consideration.



Interested candidates will submit their completed application form via email
