Oxfam is currently seeking qualified National Consultant(s): Training on Presentation and Negotiation Skills for core farmers in the shrimp and rice value chains in Mekong Delta, under the project “Improved Social Protection and Decent Work for female farmers and labourers in the shrimp and rice value chains in Vietnam.”

The consultancy aims to equip core farmers, especially women farmers in cooperatives and producer groups, with practical communication competencies to strengthen their engagement in market dialogues and commercial contracting. Specifically, the training will focus on presentation and negotiation skills. The objective is to build confidence and skill for more equal-position negotiations with buyers, traders, and input suppliers—optimizing pricing, payment terms, quality standards, and contractual risk management—thereby supporting fairer outcomes and sustainable incomes for women farmers.

How to Apply: The Proposal should be submitted in Vietnamese by email with subject mentioning “Dự án ASXH/DGD – Tập huấn kỹ năng trình bày và đàm phán” to HR.Vietnam at oxfam.org<mailto:HR.Vietnam at oxfam.org>.
