1. Introduction:

Plan International Vietnam (Plan) is implementing the Zurich Climate Resilience Alliance (The Alliance) - Vietnam Country Programme in Quang Tri province. The Alliance Vietnam project aims to strengthen inclusive, multi-level systems for Disaster Risk Management (DRM) and climate resilience. By 2035, the project envisions functioning, inclusive systems where resilience is embedded across community practices and national policy.
2. Tasks: Under the Project, Plan International Vietnam is looking for consultants to conduct Data Collection and Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practices (KAP) Survey
3. Timeframe: The consultancy is estimated to be undertaken within 60 working days during the period of October to November 2025. A detailed timeline will be worked out jointly with the consultants after recruitment
