Founded in 1982, VVOB is a non-profit organization with 40 years of experience in improving quality education systems from a rights-based perspective. VVOB currently has long term partnerships with education actors in multiple countries in South America, Africa and South-East Asia alongside its head office location in Belgium.

In Vietnam, VVOB is currently implementing the following projects:

•       Preschool Teachers Apply Language-rich Teaching Skills and Knowledge (TALK) (2022-2026)

•       Integrating Play-based Learning Activities for Young learners (iPLAY) (2019-2025)

•       Learning through Play integration in higher education teacher training (PlayHi) (2025-2029)



VVOB is currently seeking a service provider who will act as a learning partner to VVOB in the development and piloting of the “POMIE”.

Requirements

VVOB is inviting the consultant to come up with a signed quotation in English and send  by e-mail procurement.vn at vvob.org<mailto:procurement.vn at vvob.org>  no later than 17:00 (Vietnam time) - 04 August 2025 and mention in object: “VVOB_2025_003_Name of consultant”
