“Background:

Founded in 1982, VVOB is a non-profit organization with 40 years of experience in improving quality education systems from a rights-based perspective. VVOB currently has long term partnerships with education actors in multiple countries in South America, Africa and South-East Asia alongside its head office location in Belgium.

In Vietnam, VVOB is currently implementing the following projects:

·       Preschool Teachers Apply Language-rich Teaching Skills and Knowledge (TALK) (2022-2026)

·       Integrating Play-based Learning Activities for Young learners (iPLAY) (2019-2025)

·       Learning through Play integration in higher education teacher training (PlayHi) (2025-2029)



VVOB is currently seeking a consultant who can deliver training on quality assurance for lecturers of the Primary Education Department, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education.

Requirements
VVOB is inviting the vendor to come up with a signed and sealed quotation in English or Vietnamese and send  by e-mail procurement.vn at vvob.org<mailto:procurement.vn at vvob.org>  no later than 17:00 (Vietnam time) - 13 July 2025 and mention in the object: “Training on quality assurance for lecturers of PED”
