The project “Empowering women to proactively and effectively participate in disaster risk reduction and in building climate-resilient communities” (referred to as Project B5)' is funded by Bread for the World (BfdW) and ActionAid, in collaboration with Aid for Social Protection Program Foundation Vietnam (AFV) in Tra Vinh City (Tra Vinh Province) and Ke Sach District (Soc Trang Province). The project will be implemented from 2025 to 2027.
The project is looking for Consultant to implement baseline survey with the TOR attached.
