Greetings from CRS Vietnam.

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is an international non-government organization, operating in Vietnam since 1994.  In partnership with the government and communities, CRS implements programs in 09 provinces/cities in Vietnam. The Vietnam Program has a diverse funding base in the sectors of Disabilities, Mine Action and Disaster Risk Reduction and Management, and Community-based Climate Change Adaptation.
We are now seeking a Consultant to support Inclusion 2b Project with the following details:

Task: Project collaborator to provide monitoring of the quality of home care activities and support the organization of training, screening examination and psychological support in Quang Ngai province (Kon Tum)

Location: Quang Ngai (Kontum zone)

Contract duration: 12 months (Jan – Dec 2026) (estimated 168 working days)

  *   Letter of Expression of Interest.
  *   Curriculum vitae (CV), demonstrating relevant capacity and experience.

  *   Financial proposal: propose daily rate (in VND, PIT inclusive)
