We are seeking an IT vendor to provide solutions for updating/ upgrading the existing Application "Suc Khoe Tuong Lai" which has been previously developed by PATH and Ministry of Education and Training (MOET). If you can provide this service, please submit a technical and financial proposal, as well as qualified profile, no later than 5:00 PM on August 25, 2025, Hanoi time.
Proposals received after 5:00PM on August 25, 2025 Hanoi time are ineligible.
