Tổ chức Save the Children International - Văn phòng đại diện tại Việt Nam
(Tổ chức Cứu trợ Trẻ em) đang phối hợp với Liên hiệp các tổ chức hữu nghị
tỉnh Cà Mau xây dựng đề xuất Dự án “Tín chỉ Các-bon xanh tại Cà Mau” (Dự
án) với sự hỗ trợ kỹ thuật của các đơn vị tư vấn quốc tế gồm Save the
Children Global Ventures và Carbon Neutral. Mục tiêu của Dự án nhằm phục
hồi 1.500 ha rừng ngập mặn và thúc đẩy nuôi tôm bền vững tại các xã: Lâm
Hải, Tam Giang Đông và Tam Giang thuộc huyện Năm Căn, tỉnh Cà Mau. Thông
qua đăng ký theo Tiêu chuẩn Vàng cho mục tiêu toàn cầu (GS4GG), Dự án hướng
tới việc góp phần vào:

   - Khôi phục và bảo vệ ít nhất 1.500 ha rừng ngập mặn
   - Hỗ trợ 1.400 hộ nuôi tôm chuyển đổi sang thực hành bền vững
   - Tạo ra các tín chỉ các-bon đã được xác minh (GS VERs)
   - Cải thiện thu nhập, sức khỏe và giáo dục cộng đồng

Chúng tôi trân trọng kính mời Ông/Bà tham gia cuộc họp tham vấn ý kiến với
các thông tin sau:

   - Thời gian: *08h30 – 12h00, ngày 05/06/2025*
   - Hình thức: Trực tuyến (*đường dẫn cuộc họp trực tuyến sẽ được gửi cho
   các Quý vị đại biểu sau khi có xác nhận tham gia cuộc họp*).

Dear Sir or Madam!

Save the Children International and the Ca Mau Union of Friendship
Organizations are working on designing “The Blue Carbon Credit Project in
Ca Mau” with technical support from Save the Children Global Ventures and
Carbon Neutral. The project aims to restore and protect 1,500 hectares of
mangrove forests and promote sustainable shrimp farming in Lam Hai, Tam
Giang Dong, and Tam Giang communes, Nam Can District, Ca Mau Province. By
registration under the *Gold Standard for Global Goal (GS4GG)*, the project
will contribute to:

   - Restore and protect at least 1,500 hectares of mangrove forests
   - Support 1,400 shrimp-farming households in adopting sustainable
   practices
   - Generate verified carbon credits (GS VERs)
   - Improve household income, health, and education through community
   benefits
