bắt đầu làm từ cuối 2012 và đầu năm 2014 đã nhận được giấy đăng ký do Bộ ngoại
giao cấp và thỏa thuận khung do Paccom cấp. Thực ra tuy bắt đầu tiến hành từ
khoảng cuối 2012 nhưng phải sau 1 thời gian tương đối lâu mới có hướng dẫn cụ
thể từ Paccom nên ko nhớ là cuối 2012 hay đầu 2013 bên mình mới nộp đầy đủ giấy
tờ như quy định. Theo mình hiểu thì sau khi nhận được đầy đủ giấy tờ từ phía tổ
chức Paccom còn làm một số thủ tục nữa rồi gửi hồ sơ lên Bộ NG. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:
12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman"'>Giấy đang ký bên mình issue vào tháng
5/2013 nhưng ko được nhận ngay vì sau đó bên mình còn làm một số thủ tục nữa để
ký Framework Agreement (thỏa thuận khung) với Paccom và đầu 2014 thì được nhận
cả 2 giấy này.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

tình hình cấp giấy phép hoạt động cho các văn phòng NGO tại Việt <st1:country-region
w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Nam</st1:place></st1:country-region>. Tiếc quá
hôm đó em lại không tham dự được.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

font-family:Arial'>Hiện nay CBM vẫn gặp vấn đề trong cấp giấy phép từ khi có
nghị định mới ban hành năm 2012, và tới nay sau 2 năm bên em vẫn chưa được Bộ
Ngoại giao hay PACCOM cấp giấy phép gia hạn mới. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><font size=2 face=Arial><span style='font-size:11.0pt;
font-family:Arial'>Em không biết có tổ chức nào gặp trường hợp tương tự như tổ
chức em không ạ? Có anh/chị nào vui long chia sẻ giúp em làm thế nào để thủ tục
cấp giấy phép được hoàn thiến sớm với.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

font-family:Arial'>Em có làm việc với người phụ trách tổ chức tại PACCOM thì hồ
sơ bên em nộp không có vấn đề gì cả nhưng chả hiểu vướng mắc đâu mà tiến trình
này lâu đến vậy. Việc này rất ảnh hưởng tới những hoạt động của văn phòng cũng
như các đối tác.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
