Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

 

Viet-Nam Assistance for the Handicapped (VNAH) (www.vnah-hev.org), a
US-registered NGO, is recruiting a Vietnamese national for a disability
project funded by USAID, as follows:

 

Position title:        Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (1 position)

Work Station:       Hanoi

Contract term:      Up to 4 years (2017 - 2020)

 

Qualification: Bachelor or Master degree; a minimum of 5 year experience in
implementation of developmental projects with at least 2 years of experience
in monitoring and evaluation functions; must be fluent in spoken and written
English. 

 

Candidate with disability is a plus.
