near Vincom Center)
Price: USD 1,250/month negotiable
Contract Term: 1-3 years from January 2014 (Extendable) 
Working space: 120m2, the entire 3rd floor, with elevator and stair 
access, air conditioning, lots of light, 2 private toilets, motorbike 
parking in the basement, wiring in place for telephone and internet 
systems, fitted shelves on one wall, no service charge.
Additional furnishings, such as partitions, desks, chairs and cupboards 
may also be negotiable.
