Dear colleagues and friends,

The UNDP in Viet Nam seeks 01 International consultant and 02 national consultants or Consultancy Group represented by a team leader to conduct a policy research study on voluntary health insurance uptake in Viet Nam.

The study shall help identify factors driving or hindering the uptake of voluntary health insurance among the uninsured population in Viet Nam. The research for this study will be implemented in two stages, and will involve using a combination of quantitative analysis and fieldwork qualitative research techniques.
