Oxfam GB - Education Program is seeking consultants to provide services 
for Oxfam's partner in Lao Cai. Could you please support us to upload our 
TORs to NGO Resource Centre for advertisment. 

First one is for seeking consultants to provide TOT coaching for a core 
group of primary teachers in Lao Cai 
Second one is searching for film makers to provide consultancy services of 
filming Child-Centred teaching and learning demonstration lessons
