[ingodirectors] INGO Statement for Vietnam Development Forum — VDF 2017

Dear INGO directors:

It is the eve of Vietnam Development Forum 2017 and I would like to share
the INGO statement prepared by your elected representatives. Our INGO
delegation will attend the forum tomorrow morning and deliver some of the
messages highlighted in the attached document. Four hundred hard copies of
the INGO statement will be distributed to all participants. I would like to
say a big 'thank you' to those of you who contributed to the document. We
will do our best to spread your messages loud and clear!
