Dear colleagues,

In an effort to call for more resources to help disadvantaged people
in Ben Tre, a coastal province in the Mekong River Delta, PACCOM and
Ben Tre will organize a conference in Ho Chi Minh City on the 10th of
May 2016 titled ‘Conference on Promoting the Cooperation between
foreign NGOs and Ben Tre’. Details are as follow:
