[ingodirectors] Call for Nominations 2015: VDPF Representative + Member of NGORC Steering Committee

Dear colleagues:

This is a call for nominations or self-nominations of TWO separate 
representatives: one (1) for our Steering Committee and one (1) for INGO 
delegation to VDPF. Please submit two (2) different names, including 
self-nominations, by COB Tuesday 20 October 2015. Submit your suggested 
candidates via email to <director at ngocentre.org.vn>, clearly indicating 
which name is nominated for which function:

- ONE (1) candidate for a member of the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre's 
Steering Committee
- ONE (1) candidate for an INGO representative at the Vietnam 
Development Partnership Forum

As a gentle reminder, eligible candidates may include country directors, 
representatives or other titles indicating the most senior position in 
your INGO. These include CEOs, CoPs, Directors, Country Coordinators, 
Country Managers or any similar title which your INGO is using for the 
top manager in Vietnam. Deputy directors are not eligible. Before 
nominating or self-nominating, kindly check if your nominee meets the 
following criteria:

- INGO is a member of the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre
- INGO has a 'representative' or a 'project office' status
- Nominee has been in her/his position for at least one year
- Nominee is committed to the assignment for a minimum of 2 years

You will be invited to vote electronically after 20 October 2015. Each 
INGO will be able to give two votes: one (1) for the Steering Committee 
candidate + one (1) for the VDPF candidate. Your votes will be eligible 
provided that your organisation has paid 2015 membership fee by the time 
of elections. New directors, who may not be familiar with VDPF or the 
Steering Committee functions, kindly check the following links for more
