Dear colleagues and friends,

Please see below DFID's invitation to roundtable workshops in Quang Ninh 
(16-17 Oct); Da Nang (29-30 Oct) and Can Tho (1-2 Nov) in preparations 
for the 11th Anti-Corruption Dialogue in Hanoi. It is unfortunate that 
DFID omitted my email from the original mailing list, so I received it 
only today. If you are interested in attending any of these workshops, 
please confirm with DFID directly (contacts below) within the next few 
days -- please note that the original deadline is expiring today. Here 
is the original message from DFID:

Dear Colleagues,

We are terribly sorry that we missed you in the mailing list re the UK's 
invitation to the Roundtable workshops last week, but as soon as you can 
check with DFID and they may still accept confirmations if you respond 
within the next few days. So please find attached the invitation and the 
tentative agenda for the three regional Roundtable Workshops on 
''Anti-Corruption at local levels; Current Practices and Solutions'', 
which are co-organised by the Government Inspectorate / OSCAC and the UK 
in preparation for the 11th Anti-Corruption Dialogue between the 
Government of Vietnam and the Development Partners (currently planned 
for 22 November in Hanoi).

The dates of the Roundtable Workshop are (i) in Quang Ninh: 
16-17/10/2012; (ii) in Da Nang: 29-30/10/2012 and (iii) in Can Tho: 
1-2/11/2012.

Seats are limited and thus will be allocated on a first come first 
served basis. We would expect one colleague from each organization to 
join each Roundtable Workshop. Your confirmation by 5 October 2012 on 
your participation will be highly appreciated. Kindly confirm with Ms.
