[ingodirectors] LETTER from PACCOM regarding Work Permit and Visa Regulations

Dear colleagues and friends:

Following our earlier email, inviting you to meetings organised by PACCOM
regarding visas and work permits, please find enclosed a letter introducing
new regulations which came into effect on 1 August 2011. As a reminder,
these issues will be clarified and discussed with INGOs in Ho Chi MInh city
on 3 October 2011 (afternoon) and in Hanoi on 4 October 2011 (morning).

more details.
