Ref: Submission of 2011 Bi-Annual Reports.

Dear colleagues and friends,

This is to follow up on COMINGO's letter dated 31 May, 2011 requesting INGOs
operating in Vietnam to submit their 2011 Bi-annual reports by *30 June 2011
*. We have so far received quite a few reports delivered on the indicated
date. However, to date, a number of INGOs have not summited their reports.

Though we understand that you may be busy during this time, we appreciate
those of you who have sent your documents on-time, and request all other
INGOs to deliver the reports to COMINGO via the People's Aid Coordinating
Committee (telephone: +84-4-38436936, fax: +84-4-38452007, email: *
report at paccom.org.vn* or *asiapacificdesk at paccom.org.vn <info at paccom.org.vn>
*). The extended time for submission is *7 July 2011*. Beyond this date,
COMINGO may take to understand that this requirement is not met.
