"Quỹ hỗ trợ Sự tham gia của Người dân và Trách nhiệm Giải trình (PARAFF) 
thông báo MỜI NỘP ĐỀ XUẤT DỰ ÁN số 01 từ các tổ chức phi chính phủ và 
phi lợi nhuận Việt Nam (NGOs). PARAFF hoạt động nhắm tăng cường sự tham 
gia của người dân và trách nhiệm giải trình trong quá trình xây dựng 
luật pháp và chính sách thông qua việc tăng cường sự tham gia của NGOs 
vào những quá trình nêu trên ở cấp trung ương và địa phương, cũng như 
giám sát việc thực hiện.

Các tổ chức quan tâm có thể truy cập trang web của PARAFF tại 
http://www.paraff.org để tìm hiểu về tiêu chí đánh giá đề xuất dự án, 
quy trình nộp đơn, và tải các mẫu đề xuất dự án".

"The Public Participation and Accountability Facilitation Fund (PARAFF) 
announces its CALL FOR PROPOSALS No. 1 from Vietnamese non-profit and 
non-governmental organisations. PARAFF seeks to promote public 
participation and accountability in law-making and policy development 
processes by strengthening engagement of non-governmental organizations 
in these processes at national and sub-national levels as well as in 
monitoring the implementation of these.
