I hope you are well. It is a long time since we were in contact.
A colleague of mine at QUT is organising this conference in mid-2013
regarding disaster management; it is on behalf of an international society.
Attached is a brief announcement.
If you think it looks interesting, could you share with colleagues in your
network for DM in VN? Some other news is that my school has set up a new
Centre for Emergency and Disaster Management, which comes online early next
year. We also have a Masters program in that field for the past couple of
years.
I hope your year is ending nicely and you manage to have some good time off
with your family towards and during Lunar New year.
