Based in Phu Yen
They are looking for a qualified Vietnamese National for the position of project assistant for Emergencies Team based in Phu Yen province. Our
Job summary:
Project Assistant is responsible for providing general administrative and programme support to emergency team and local partners to effectively implement project activities and progress in Phu Yen province and programme as a whole.
Key Competencies
- University degree or equivalent in social science, education health or other relevant fields
- 1 year experience in supporting project implementation, preferably in international organizations, INGOs and/or bilateral organization.
- Ability to support organising and coordinating complex activities within interrelated schedules and timelines, and to demonstrate sound judgment, task orientation and teamwork.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work independently under minimum supervision within a team.
- Political awareness.
- Computer literacy.
- Good English and Vietnamese written and oral communication skills.
- Commitment to Convention of the Right of the Child.
- A professional demeanour. Experience/knowledge on inclusive education is an asset
